Lemon Ginger Detox Water

Ingredients

  • 1.5 liters water
  • 1-2 lemons
  • A small piece of ginger

Preparation

  1. Boil 1.5 liters of water.

  2. Chop a small piece of ginger and 1-2 lemons, making sure to remove the seeds.

  3. Add the chopped ginger and lemons to the water and boil for a few minutes.

  4. Switch off the heat and let the mixture cool down.

  5. Strain the water to remove the solids.

  6. Add a few slices of lemon and ginger back into the strained water.

  7. Pour the mixture into a bottle and drink it throughout the day.
