Smoothie

Ingredients

  • mango
  • banana
  • avocado
  • kiwifruit
  • 1/2tsp turmeric
  • ginger
  • raspberries
  • beetroot
  • Chiaseeds
  • 1/2 tsp of cacao powder
  • few toasted granola
  • coconutwater
  • probitic yougurt

Preparation

  1. Orange combo is mango, banana, avocado, kiwifruit, 1/2tsp turmeric, ginger

  2. Red combo is raspberries and beetroot mixed with banana

  3. While mixing one part of mangoes I added Chiaseeds and 1/2 tsp of cacao powder and few toasted granola

  4. Base of this smoothie is coconutwater and probitic yougurt
