Smoothie
Ingredients
- mango
- banana
- avocado
- kiwifruit
- 1/2tsp turmeric
- ginger
- raspberries
- beetroot
- Chiaseeds
- 1/2 tsp of cacao powder
- few toasted granola
- coconutwater
- probitic yougurt
Preparation
Orange combo is mango, banana, avocado, kiwifruit, 1/2tsp turmeric, ginger
Red combo is raspberries and beetroot mixed with banana
While mixing one part of mangoes I added Chiaseeds and 1/2 tsp of cacao powder and few toasted granola
Base of this smoothie is coconutwater and probitic yougurt
