Creamy Pasta


  • 1/2 cup of cashews (soaked in filtered water for at least 2 hours and drained)
  • 1/4th cup of lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Few leaves of fresh basil
  • Cracked black peppercorn (to taste)


  1. Rinse kelp noodles and let sit in lukewarm water for about 5 minutes

  2. Drain and place in bowl

  3. Blend soaked & drained cashews, lemon juice, garlic until smooth ??add basil on top

  4. Mix into kelp noodles and place fresh cracked peppercorn on top
