T a C O Breakfast Bowls

Ingredients

  • avocado & cilantro
  • diced tomato
  • taco meat
  • 4 beaten eggs
  • soft scramble {option to add a bit of shredded cheddar}

Preparation

  1. Reheat leftover taco meat {instead of oil just add a splash of broth to the pan}; throw a few handfuls of chopped kale & cook for a couple minutes; remove from pan & add 4 beaten eggs, soft scramble {option to add a bit of shredded cheddar}for 1-2 mins; assemble bowls with taco meat, diced tomato, avocado & cilantro; drizzle with @franksredhot & S+P
