  • 1/2 cup sweet plum tomatoes
  • NUTS OR SEEDS of choice
  • (use different spices everyday if preferred variation)
  • 1 tbsp of mustard
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • Fresh or dried dill
  • Fresh or dried mint
  • Paprika or Smoked Paprika
  • Cayenne pepper
