Raspberry Yogurt Trifle for One

Ingredients

  • 1 small pot low-fat yogurt (raspberry flavor)
  • 1 pot sugar-free raspberry jelly
  • Tiny squirt of light cream or 1 tsp plain yogurt
  • Handful of raspberries
  • Pinch of sprinkles

Preparation

  1. Get a short glass and fill it with raspberries.

  2. Layer the glass with the sugar-free raspberry jelly.

  3. Add a layer of low-fat raspberry yogurt.

  4. Top the trifle with a small squirt of light cream or yogurt (for a lower fat option).

  5. Finish the trifle with a sprinkle of your choice.
