1 can of black beans cooked with 1 tsp liquid smoke
1 tsp maple syrup
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
2 green onions & 1/2 tsp veggie broth paste in a pot over medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Served with 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce and topped with 2 tbsp pine nuts (toasted in a small pan over high heat for 2 min)
1 small sliced avocado and 1 tbsp vegan mayonnaise
