Brain Power Porridge

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of barley flakes soaked in 1 cup freshly made almond milk and 1/4 tsp of apple cider vinegar overnight
  • 1 cup of freshly made almond milk
  • pinch of Himalayan salt
  • I cooked this for 5 minutes and then added
  • 2 tsp of coconut oil
  • 1 tsp of raw bee pollen honey
  • 1 Tbs of inulin powder
  • 1 Tbs hemp seeds

Preparation

  1. I stirred everything in and added some brain powering organic walnuts @tescofood, organic berries @tescofood, melon balls and shredded coconuts @wholefoodsuk

  2. There is a reason why all those ingredients were in the porridge. I wanted all the nutrients to be well balanced and properly absorbed

  3. It was a lot of porridge. My daughter could only eat half of it and the other half is going to be for me, after I am done with my intermittent fasting period this morning

  4. These sunny warm mornings are incredible
