Cozy Bowls
Ingredients
- 60g oats
- milk
- 1/2 tsp of pumpkin spice
- cinnamon
- vanilla protein
Preparation
Place 60g oats (or quantity of your choosing) and Tbsp flaxseed (optional) to a bowl then cover with milk. Add 1/2 tsp of pumpkin spice or cinnamon and a few drops of @myproteinuk toffee drops
Microwave for around 2 and half mins
Stir in a scoop of @myproteinuk vanilla protein (optional). If it’s too dry add a bit more milk
Top with @myproteinuk almond butter, ? and pumpkin seeds ??
