Cozy Bowls

Ingredients

  • 60g oats
  • milk
  • 1/2 tsp of pumpkin spice
  • cinnamon
  • vanilla protein

Preparation

  1. Place 60g oats (or quantity of your choosing) and Tbsp flaxseed (optional) to a bowl then cover with milk. Add 1/2 tsp of pumpkin spice or cinnamon and a few drops of @myproteinuk toffee drops

  2. Microwave for around 2 and half mins

  3. Stir in a scoop of @myproteinuk vanilla protein (optional). If it’s too dry add a bit more milk

  4. Top with @myproteinuk almond butter, ? and pumpkin seeds ??

  5. Super simple and easy but oh so good
