White Bean Salad W/ Rosemary
Ingredients
- can of cannellini beans rinsed
- 1/2 cup red onion chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary chopped
- 1 tbsp of good olive oil or grapeseed oil
- 2 tbsp of red wine vinegar
- salt & pepper to taste
Preparation
Rinse and drain the cannellini beans
Add the chopped rosemary, red onion, oil, vinegar, salt & pepper and mix well
Let sit at room temp or refrigerated for at least 20 minutes for the flavors to meld
Serve as a side dish or with slices of grilled bread
