  • • unsweetened nut / pea milk (i used )
  • • 1 small steamed then frozen beet
  • • 1/4 cup frozen cauliflower
  • • 1/4 cup frozen raspberries .• 1 heaping spoon sunflower butter
  • • 1 tsp coconut butter
  • • chia + flax seeds + hemp seeds (protein!)
  • • cordyceps & chaga mushroom powder (energy!)
  • • brain octane .• cinnamon .• coffee ice cube
  • • topped with more melted coconut butter & crumbles of cacao cookie
