Easy Sweet Potato Casserole with Pecans

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 60g Xylit
  • 2 big sweet potatoes
  • 30g coconut oil
  • 100ml almond milk

Topping

  • pecan nuts

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients together.

  2. Sprinkle the pecan nuts on top.

  3. Bake in the oven until done.
