Cajun Fish Tacos with Mango Guacamole

Ingredients

  • 3 pieces tilapia
  • Olive oil
  • Cajun seasoning
  • Siete Foods tortillas

Mango guacamole

  • 3 avocados
  • 1 ripe mango
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 lime
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt to taste

Preparation

  1. Brush the tilapia with a little olive oil and Cajun seasoning

  2. Bake at 425°F for 12 minutes

  3. Cook the Siete Foods tortillas in a little oil on a skillet until crispy

  4. Mix all mango guacamole ingredients together in a bowl and serve

  5. Assemble the tacos by adding the baked fish and mango guacamole to the tortillas

Tips

  1. You can make your own Cajun seasoning at home if preferred

  2. This recipe produces a large amount of guacamole, which may serve multiple meals
