Banana Protein Pancakes with Walnuts
Ingredients
- 1 large banana, mashed
- 1/4 cup of walnuts
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup non-dairy milk (almond, cashew, pea milk)
- 1 cup gluten-free all purpose flour (on here I used buckwheat flour)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 30g of vanilla plant based protein
Topping
- Maple syrup
- Fresh berries
Preparation
Place all the ingredients in blender.
Heat pan to medium heat and lightly oil with coconut spray.
Add a quarter cup of the batter into the pan. Flip once bubbles have formed and popped.
Top with fresh fruits and maple syrup.
