Biscoff-Topped Perfect Morning Oats
Ingredients
- 50-60g instant oats
- 1 scoop salted caramel soy isolate
- 1 tsp chia seeds or flax seeds
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- Lotus Biscoff cookies (for topping)
- Coconut chocolate chips
Preparation
In a bowl, combine the instant oats, salted caramel soy isolate, and chia seeds or flax seeds.
Heat the unsweetened almond milk in a saucepan until warm.
Pour the warm almond milk over the oat mixture and stir well to combine. Let it sit for a few minutes to thicken.
While the oats are thickening, crush some Lotus Biscoff cookies to create a topping.
Once the oats have reached your desired consistency, transfer them to a serving bowl.
Sprinkle the crushed Lotus Biscoff cookies and coconut chocolate chips on top of the oats.
