Biscoff-Topped Perfect Morning Oats

Ingredients

  • 50-60g instant oats
  • 1 scoop salted caramel soy isolate
  • 1 tsp chia seeds or flax seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • Lotus Biscoff cookies (for topping)
  • Coconut chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, combine the instant oats, salted caramel soy isolate, and chia seeds or flax seeds.

  2. Heat the unsweetened almond milk in a saucepan until warm.

  3. Pour the warm almond milk over the oat mixture and stir well to combine. Let it sit for a few minutes to thicken.

  4. While the oats are thickening, crush some Lotus Biscoff cookies to create a topping.

  5. Once the oats have reached your desired consistency, transfer them to a serving bowl.

  6. Sprinkle the crushed Lotus Biscoff cookies and coconut chocolate chips on top of the oats.
