Chai-Spiced Pancakes with Peanut Butter Topping
Ingredients
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 2 tbsp tapioca flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cardamom
- 1/4 tsp allspice
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup applesauce
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Heat a dab of vegan butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add 1/4 cup pancake batter and cook until golden brown on each side.
Top with desired toppings such as peanut butter, chopped walnuts, a dash of cinnamon, and a drizzle of maple syrup.
