Easy Banana Sweet Omelette Breakfast
Ingredients
- Half banana
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp oats
- 1 tbsp flax (optional)
- 4 tbsp egg whites
- 15g banana protein powder
Preparation
Blend all the ingredients together.
Fry the mixture in coconut oil, flipping halfway or finish under the grill.
Top with yoghurt, fruit, and almond butter.
