Easy Banana Sweet Omelette Breakfast

Ingredients

  • Half banana
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp oats
  • 1 tbsp flax (optional)
  • 4 tbsp egg whites
  • 15g banana protein powder

Preparation

  1. Blend all the ingredients together.

  2. Fry the mixture in coconut oil, flipping halfway or finish under the grill.

  3. Top with yoghurt, fruit, and almond butter.
