Easy Loaded Brunch Wrap

Ingredients

  • Large tortilla wrap
  • Mayo, hot sauce, and Dijon mustard
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 avocado
  • Sliced cucumber
  • Diced jalapeño
  • Diced green onion
  • Diced tomatoes
  • Shredded sharp cheddar
  • Leftover crumbled bacon

Preparation

  1. Whisk together eggs, add to a hot pan with a splash of oil and cook for 1 minute, pushing the eggs into the center until no longer runny.

  2. Add all ingredients into the middle of the wrap, starting with the sauce.

  3. Fold, roll, and heat up on a skillet, pressing down with a spatula or small plate.

  4. Slice in half and enjoy.
