Easy Loaded Brunch Wrap
Ingredients
- Large tortilla wrap
- Mayo, hot sauce, and Dijon mustard
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 avocado
- Sliced cucumber
- Diced jalapeño
- Diced green onion
- Diced tomatoes
- Shredded sharp cheddar
- Leftover crumbled bacon
Preparation
Whisk together eggs, add to a hot pan with a splash of oil and cook for 1 minute, pushing the eggs into the center until no longer runny.
Add all ingredients into the middle of the wrap, starting with the sauce.
Fold, roll, and heat up on a skillet, pressing down with a spatula or small plate.
Slice in half and enjoy.
