Easy Plant-Based Overnight Oats Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1 Greek unsweetened plant-based yogurt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 3/4 cup gluten-free oats
  • 1/4 cup raspberries (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon chia seed
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp blue spirulina (optional)

Preparation

  1. In a large glass lidded jar, mix together all the ingredients.

  2. Place the jar in the fridge overnight to allow the oats to soften and the mixture to thicken.

  3. In the morning, top with raw almond butter, blueberry chia jam, and fresh berries.
