Easy Vegan Two-Ingredient Pancakes

Preparation
Mix equal measures of self-raising flour and oat milk to form a batter.
Optionally stir in 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon or a small amount of baking powder.
Heat a little vegan butter in a pan and fry the batter until pancakes are cooked.
For the apple topping, slice the apple and pan fry it in a little water, golden syrup, and cinnamon until the water is absorbed and apples are crispy.
Top the pancakes with the fried apple, smooth peanut butter, and golden syrup.
