  • Dark vegan chocolate chips
  • Whole wheat flour
  • Almond milk
  • Maple syrup
  • Baking powder

High Protein Cookie Dough Bars

  • Almond flour
  • Pea protein
  • Cashew butter
  • Maple syrup
  • Plant milk
  • Coconut oil
  • Vanilla extract
  • Chocolate chips

Preparation

Healthy Breakfast Cookie Dough

  1. Blend oat flour, coconut milk, dates, and vanilla.

  2. Stir in chocolate chips.

Healthy PB Cookie Dough Fudge

  1. Heat maple syrup, remove from heat, and whisk in peanut butter.

  2. Mix in oat flour.

  3. Chill, then add toppings.

Vegan Cookie Dough

  1. Blend all ingredients except chocolate chips.

  2. Mix in chocolate chips.

Mug Cake

  1. Mix peanut butter, chocolate chips, flour, almond milk, maple syrup, and baking powder in a mug.

  2. Microwave for 1 minute.
