Mango Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 6 tbsp chia seeds
- 3/4 cup Siggi's plant-based coconut blend dairy-free yogurt alternative
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 cup mango juice
- 1/2 cup blended passion fruit
Toppings
- granola
- mango
- coconut
- cashew butter
- cacao nibs
- banana
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
Add desired toppings before serving.
