Mango Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup Siggi's plant-based coconut blend dairy-free yogurt alternative
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 cup mango juice
  • 1/2 cup blended passion fruit

Toppings

  • granola
  • mango
  • coconut
  • cashew butter
  • cacao nibs
  • banana

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.

  2. Add desired toppings before serving.
