Simple Ghee-Fried Egg Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • Ghee
  • Everything but the bagel seasoning
  • 1 piece sourdough bread
  • Garlic ghee
  • 1/2 avocado
  • Strawberries
  • Blueberries

Preparation

  1. Fry the egg in ghee and top with everything but the bagel seasoning.

  2. Spread garlic ghee on the sourdough bread.

  3. Slice the avocado if desired and prepare fruits by washing.

  4. Assemble all components in a bowl.
