Stovetop Oats with Collagen and Fresh Fruits
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- scoop of collagen
- 1 egg white
- 1/2 mashed banana
Toppings
- strawberries
- blueberries
- kiwi
- blackberries
- squareorganics crunch bar
- siggisdairy plain yogurt mixed with mashed raspberries
Preparation
Bring 1 cup unsweetened almond milk to a boil.
Add 1/2 cup old fashioned oats, a scoop of collagen, 1 egg white, and 1/2 mashed banana.
Cook on medium heat for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and cover for 2 minutes.
Top with strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, blackberries, a squareorganics crunch bar, and siggisdairy plain yogurt mixed with mashed raspberries.
