Stovetop Oats with Collagen and Fresh Fruits

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • scoop of collagen
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/2 mashed banana

Toppings

  • strawberries
  • blueberries
  • kiwi
  • blackberries
  • squareorganics crunch bar
  • siggisdairy plain yogurt mixed with mashed raspberries

Preparation

  1. Bring 1 cup unsweetened almond milk to a boil.

  2. Add 1/2 cup old fashioned oats, a scoop of collagen, 1 egg white, and 1/2 mashed banana.

  3. Cook on medium heat for 5 minutes.

  4. Remove from heat and cover for 2 minutes.

  5. Top with strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, blackberries, a squareorganics crunch bar, and siggisdairy plain yogurt mixed with mashed raspberries.
