Stuffed Brunch Pitta Sandwich

Ingredients

  • Garlic and coriander pitta
  • 2 this isn't pork sausages
  • Aldi breakfast hash brown
  • Tomato
  • 3 free range quail eggs
  • Heinz no sugar added tomato ketchup
  • Colmans mustard

Preparation

  1. Toast the garlic and coriander pitta for 2 minutes and split it open

  2. Oven cook the this isn't pork sausages and halve them

  3. Oven cook the Aldi breakfast hash brown

  4. Slice the tomato and fry it

  5. Fry the free range quail eggs

  6. Fill the split pitta with the cooked sausages, hash brown, fried tomato, eggs, tomato ketchup, and mustard
