Sweet and Savory Protein Pancakes Combo

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup birchbenders paleo mix
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop nuzest usa protein powder

  • vanilla ghee
  • cinnamon

  • gr8nola

Sides

  • egg
  • vanilla ghee
  • 1/2 avocado
  • red pepper flakes

Preparation

  1. Mix the pancake batter using 1/2 cup paleo mix, 1/2 cup almond milk, and 1 scoop protein powder.

  2. Cook the pancakes on a pan, flipping carefully to avoid breaking.

  3. Caramelize bananas in vanilla ghee with cinnamon.

  4. Toast the prepared pancakes in a toaster for reheating.

  5. Fry an egg in vanilla ghee.

  6. Assemble by adding chocolate chips and gr8nola to the pancakes, and serve with avocado and red pepper flakes.

Tips
