Turmeric Scrambled Eggs with Sourdough and Guacamole
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- sprinkle of black pepper
- pink Himalayan salt ghee
- sourdough bread
- guacamole
- tomatoes
Preparation
Whisk together 2 eggs and add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric along with a sprinkle of black pepper.
Heat a skillet over medium heat.
Add some pink Himalayan salt ghee to the skillet.
Add the egg mixture to the skillet and cook until done.
Toast the sourdough bread.
Serve the scrambled eggs with the toasted sourdough, guacamole, and tomatoes.
Make sure to add black pepper to help your body absorb the turmeric.
To keep guacamole green and prevent browning, squeeze a little lemon on top before storing.
