Vegan Cardamom Cherry Crêpes

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup chickpea flour
  • 1/4 cup oat flour
  • 1 tsp cardamom
  • pinch of nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup almond milk

Filling and topping

  • soy yogurt
  • cherries
  • dried orange
  • almond butter

Preparation

  1. Mix the dry ingredients: chickpea flour, oat flour, cardamom, and nutmeg

  2. Add almond milk to create the batter

  3. Cook the batter on a heated pan to make crêpes

  4. Fill the crêpes with soy yogurt and cherries

  5. Top with dried orange and almond butter
