Vegetarian Fried Breakfast Plate

Ingredients

  • 1 crust from pumpkin and sunflower seed small loaf
  • Lurpak spreadable butter
  • 1 tomato
  • vegan black pudding
  • 2 Cauldron Lincolnshire sausages
  • 2 hash browns
  • 2 eggs
  • baked beans

Preparation

  1. Toast the bread crust until golden

  2. Spread butter on the toasted bread

  3. Slice the tomato and fry until softened

  4. Slice the vegan black pudding and fry until heated through

  5. Cook the sausages in a skillet until browned and done

  6. Fry the hash browns until crispy and golden

  7. Fry the eggs to your preferred doneness

  8. Heat the baked beans in a saucepan or microwave

  9. Assemble all components on a plate and serve
