Easy Strawberry Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- As many porridge oats as desired
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 scoop strawberry shortcake protein powder
- 2 tablespoons vegan yogurt
- Milk or water to cover
- 1/4 cup strawberries (frozen or fresh)
Toppings
- Banana bread granola
- Homemade jam
- Hemp seeds
Preparation
Defrost frozen strawberries for 15 minutes if using, then cut them up.
Combine all ingredients in a jar or container.
Stir well to mix everything together.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Tips
Add desired toppings before serving for extra flavor and texture.
Don't skip the jam if possible, as it greatly enhances the taste.
