Eggs and Cheese on Toast

Ingredients

  • 60g wholemeal bun
  • 2 eggs
  • 30g grated mozzarella

Sides

  • peashoot salad
  • plum tomatoes
  • mushrooms

Preparation

  1. Partially fry the egg whites while keeping the yolk clear.

  2. Place the eggs on top of the bun and top with grated mozzarella.

  3. Bake in the oven at 220°C for 5 minutes until the cheese is browned a little and the remaining egg white is set.

Side preparations

  1. Fry the mushrooms until cooked

  2. Air fry the plum tomatoes until tender

  3. Assemble the peashoot salad
