Pistachio Overnight Oats with Goji Almond Crumb

- desiccated coconut
- vanilla essence
- pistachio butter
- coco yog
- pistachio milk
Crumble
- pistachios
- almonds
- coconut
- goji berries
Preparation
Soak jumbo oats, hemp seeds, chia seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, desiccated coconut, vanilla essence, pistachio butter, and coco yog in pistachio milk overnight.
To make the crumble, blend or crush pistachios, almonds, and coconut, then toast for a few minutes, and add goji berries.
In the morning, top with more yoghurt, the crumble, raspberries, and almond butter.
