Pitaya and Baobab Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 small or 1/2 large dragon fruit
  • 1 tbsp baobab powder
  • 1 tbsp agave
  • Pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Mash the dragon fruit.

  2. Mix all ingredients together.

  3. Leave overnight or eat immediately.

  4. Garnish with banana, turmeric, blueberries, pomegranate, and flowers.
