Tropical Bliss Balls with Mango Coconut Lime
Ingredients
- 1 cup dried mango
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1 cup cashew nuts
- Juice from 1.5 limes
- 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
- 1 tsp manuka honey (optional)
- Extra desiccated coconut
- Unicorn superfoods blend
Preparation
Soak dried mango and pitted dates in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain.
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
Roll the mixture into balls.
Add toppings such as extra desiccated coconut and unicorn superfoods blend.
Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
