Tropical Bliss Balls with Mango Coconut Lime

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dried mango
  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 1 cup cashew nuts
  • Juice from 1.5 limes
  • 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1 tsp manuka honey (optional)
  • Extra desiccated coconut
  • Unicorn superfoods blend

Preparation

  1. Soak dried mango and pitted dates in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain.

  2. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor.

  3. Roll the mixture into balls.

  4. Add toppings such as extra desiccated coconut and unicorn superfoods blend.

  5. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
