Vegan Chocolate French Toast
Ingredients
- 100 ml plant milk
- 1.5 tbsp ground flax seeds or chia seeds
- 1 tsp cacao powder
- 2 tbsp agave syrup or maple syrup
- 4 pieces of toast
- vegan butter for cooking
Preparation
In a deep plate, add the plant milk, flax seeds, cacao powder, and agave syrup. Whisk until well combined and set aside for 5 minutes.
Once the mixture has thickened, coat each toast in the mixture on both sides and then cook them in a pan with vegan butter for about 2 minutes on each side or until crispy.
