Easy Vegan French Toast

Ingredients

  • Plant based milk
  • Extra firm tofu
  • Vanilla extract
  • Cane sugar
  • Ground cinnamon
  • Salt
  • Vegan Butter
  • Crusty white bread

Preparation

  1. Blend the plant-based milk, extra firm tofu, vanilla extract, cane sugar, ground cinnamon, and salt to make a smooth batter.

  2. Heat vegan butter in a skillet over medium heat.

  3. Dip slices of crusty white bread into the batter, ensuring both sides are coated.

  4. Cook the bread in the skillet until golden brown on each side.

  5. Serve immediately.

Notes

  1. Preparation takes about 5 minutes and cooking takes about 10 minutes.
