Healthy Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
Ingredients
- 190g drained tinned chickpeas
- 35g Vanilla Vegan Protein
- 20g Natural Almond Milk Yoghurt
- 30g Smooth Peanut Butter
- 75ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 10g Lindt Excellence 70% chocolate
- 10g Jumbo Dark Chocolate Chips
Preparation
Remove the outer skin from the chickpeas for a smoother batter.
Cut the Lindt Excellence 70% chocolate into fine shards.
Using a high speed blender, mix all ingredients except the chocolate shards and chips together.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl and fold in the chocolate shards and chocolate chips.
Enjoy the cookie dough as a healthy snack or breakfast option.
