Healthy Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

Ingredients

  • 190g drained tinned chickpeas
  • 35g Vanilla Vegan Protein
  • 20g Natural Almond Milk Yoghurt
  • 30g Smooth Peanut Butter
  • 75ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 10g Lindt Excellence 70% chocolate
  • 10g Jumbo Dark Chocolate Chips

Preparation

  1. Remove the outer skin from the chickpeas for a smoother batter.

  2. Cut the Lindt Excellence 70% chocolate into fine shards.

  3. Using a high speed blender, mix all ingredients except the chocolate shards and chips together.

  4. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and fold in the chocolate shards and chocolate chips.

  5. Enjoy the cookie dough as a healthy snack or breakfast option.
