Healthy Mini Meatloaf Bowl with Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients

  • 1 lb antibiotic-free ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup Guiltless Superfood Organic 7 Seed Flour
  • chopped spinach
  • red onion
  • garlic powder
  • Tony Chachere's seasoning
  • Himalayan pink sea salt
  • olive oil

Sides

  • sweet potatoes
  • broccoli
  • organic spinach
  • Tessemae's creamy ranch dressing

Preparation

  1. Mix ground turkey with 1/2 cup Guiltless Superfood Organic 7 Seed Flour, chopped spinach, red onion, garlic powder, Tony Chachere's seasoning, and Himalayan pink sea salt.

  2. Form the mixture into 6 balls and place them in a muffin pan.

  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle a little more Guiltless Flour on top.

  4. Bake at 425°F for 20 minutes.

  5. Roast sweet potato fries, sliced red onion, and broccoli.

  6. Place the baked mini meatloaves and roasted vegetables on a bed of organic spinach.

  7. Drizzle with Tessemae's creamy ranch dressing before serving.
