Spaghetti with Kofta Meatballs
Ingredients
- 300 grams spaghetti
Kofta
- 500 grams ground meat
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped dill
- 1/4 cup grated Romano cheese
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon mixed spices
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed chili
- 4 medium ripe tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 large chopped onion
Garnish

- parsley
Preparation
Mix ground meat, egg, breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, chopped dill, grated Romano cheese, minced garlic, salt, mixed spices, and crushed chili to form kofta balls.
Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté chopped onion until softened.
Add ripe tomatoes, tomato paste, and black pepper to the pan and cook until the sauce thickens.
Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water according to package instructions until al dente.
Add the kofta balls to the sauce and simmer until fully cooked.
Serve the spaghetti with the kofta and sauce, garnished with cheese and parsley.
