Easy Ham and Cheese Blender Pie

Ingredients

Crust

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • salt to taste

Filling

  • 250g chopped cheese
  • 250g chopped ham
  • 3 small tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • oregano to taste

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix all filling ingredients and set aside

  2. In a blender, blend all crust ingredients until smooth

  3. Pour half of the batter into a greased and floured baking dish

  4. Add the filling and cover with the remaining batter

  5. Bake in a preheated medium oven for 45 minutes or until golden

  6. Remove from oven, let cool slightly and serve
