Easy Ham and Cheese Blender Pie
Ingredients
Crust
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup oil
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- salt to taste
Filling
- 250g chopped cheese
- 250g chopped ham
- 3 small tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- oregano to taste
Preparation
In a bowl, mix all filling ingredients and set aside
In a blender, blend all crust ingredients until smooth
Pour half of the batter into a greased and floured baking dish
Add the filling and cover with the remaining batter
Bake in a preheated medium oven for 45 minutes or until golden
Remove from oven, let cool slightly and serve
