Green Vegan Bowl with Tofu and Veggies
Ingredients
- turmeric and paprika seasoned tofu (baked)
- steamed kale
- peas
- asparagus
- cucumber
- quinoa
- hummus
- a drizzle (unspecified, e.g., oil or sauce)
Preparation
Bake tofu seasoned with turmeric and paprika until crispy.
Steam kale until tender.
Prepare peas and asparagus by steaming or leaving raw as preferred.
Cook quinoa according to package instructions.
Assemble all ingredients in a bowl, add hummus and a drizzle.
Serve and enjoy the green bowl.
