Last Night’s Dinner

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/4 cup feta
  • 1/2 cup chopped spinach (sautéed)
  • 1/2 onion diced (sautéed)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • sprinkle of salt and pepper
  • mix everything together then form patties. i made 7 patties.
  • brussel sprouts:
  • 2 lbs of brussel sprouts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • sprinkle of salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Mix everything together then form patties. I made 7 patties

  2. Heat two pans over medium heat and add olive oil then add the burgers

  3. Made two pans of burgers but if you only have one pan you can use do two batches. Cooked for 6 minutes on each side before they were done. Always check internal temp! -

  4. Brussel sprouts

  5. Lbs of brussel sprouts

  6. Tbsp olive oil

  7. Tbsp balsamic vinegar

  8. Sprinkle of salt and pepper

  9. Wrapped in foil and grilled for about 20-25 minutes over high heat. You can open the foil and scoot them around a bit to make sure they don’t stick
