Savoury Sweet Vegan Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • Grapefruit
  • Strawberries
  • Avocado
  • Crispbread
  • 1/2 can of chickpeas
  • 1/3 zucchini
  • 1/3 red pepper
  • 2 big handful of spinach
  • 0.5 dl chili sauce
  • a sprinkle of salt
  • a sprinkle of pepper

Preparation

  1. Chop the veggies into small cubes.

  2. Fry it off in a pan until golden.

  3. Add the rest of the ingredients, let the spinach cook down and stir.

  4. This only takes a few minutes until it's ready to serve.
