Savoury Sweet Vegan Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients
- Grapefruit
- Strawberries
- Avocado
- Crispbread
- 1/2 can of chickpeas
- 1/3 zucchini
- 1/3 red pepper
- 2 big handful of spinach
- 0.5 dl chili sauce
- a sprinkle of salt
- a sprinkle of pepper
Preparation
Chop the veggies into small cubes.
Fry it off in a pan until golden.
Add the rest of the ingredients, let the spinach cook down and stir.
This only takes a few minutes until it's ready to serve.
