Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 50g* coconut blossom sugar
- pinch of salt
- 90g almond flour
- 60g spelt (or wheat) flour
- 30g vegan butter/margarine
- 45g almond butter
- 30g almond splits
- 30g chocolate chips
- 100 ml plant milk
Preparation
Mix all ingredients to a dough ( I used my hands)
Preheat the oven to 180°C (360°F) upper- and lower heat
In the meanwhile form little cookies
If you want put some more chocolate chips/almond splits on top
Bake for ~10 min
