Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 50g* coconut blossom sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 90g almond flour
  • 60g spelt (or wheat) flour
  • 30g vegan butter/margarine
  • 45g almond butter
  • 30g almond splits
  • 30g chocolate chips
  • 100 ml plant milk

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients to a dough ( I used my hands)

  2. Preheat the oven to 180°C (360°F) upper- and lower heat

  3. In the meanwhile form little cookies

  4. If you want put some more chocolate chips/almond splits on top

  5. Bake for ~10 min
