Garlic Yogurt Dip with Fresh Herbs and Lime

Ingredients

  • 300 g soy yoghurt
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 5 pickled cucumbers
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 handful parsley
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt, pepper

Preparation

  1. Press the garlic cloves

  2. Chop the cucumber and pickled cucumbers in small pieces

  3. Chop the parsley

  4. Mix all ingredients together

  5. Season with salt and pepper
