Garlic Yogurt Dip with Fresh Herbs and Lime
Ingredients
- 300 g soy yoghurt
- 1/2 cucumber
- 5 pickled cucumbers
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 handful parsley
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt, pepper
Preparation
Press the garlic cloves
Chop the cucumber and pickled cucumbers in small pieces
Chop the parsley
Mix all ingredients together
Season with salt and pepper
