Simple Spicy Sweet Corn Salsa
Ingredients
- 1/2 tin of sweetcorn
- 1/2 red onion
- 1 heaped tbsp parsley
- 1 fresh chilli
- 1/2 lime juiced
- Salt & pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Preparation
Finely dice the red onion & chilli
Finely chop the parsley & mix in with the sweetcorn, onion & chilli
Add seasonings to taste & voila youre done
