Quick Chocolate Banana Bread in a Bowl

Ingredients

  • 60g oats, blended to a flour
  • 1 banana
  • 1 egg or half a can of chickpea water
  • A few mini energy balls/bites chopped up or chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp syrup of choice
  • 1 heaped tsp margarine
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

Preparation

  1. Mash half of the banana in a bowl and add margarine, cocoa powder, baking powder, and syrup. Mix until combined.

  2. Crack in one egg and mix (or whisk chickpea water, then stir in).

  3. Blend oats to a powder and mix it into the bowl.

  4. Add in the chopped energy balls or chocolate chips.

  5. Clean the edges of the bowl with kitchen paper.

  6. Microwave for 2 minutes.

  7. Serve warm with the remaining banana sliced and a drizzle of chocolate sauce.
