Sea Salt Tahini Energy Bites

Ingredients

  • 6 dates, pitted
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1/8 cup tahini
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1-2 servings protein of choice
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs
  • 1 tbsp chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp psyllium husk (optional extra fiber boost)
  • Sea salt

Preparation

  1. In a food processor, blend dates and tahini until dates are broken down.

  2. Add coconut flour, maple, protein, psyllium, and cacao powder.

  3. Blend until dough ball forms.

  4. Transfer to a bowl, knead in cacao nibs and chocolate chips.

  5. Roll into balls and sprinkle with sea salt!
