Sea Salt Tahini Energy Bites
Ingredients
- 6 dates, pitted
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1/8 cup tahini
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 1-2 servings protein of choice
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tbsp cacao nibs
- 1 tbsp chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp psyllium husk (optional extra fiber boost)
- Sea salt
Preparation
In a food processor, blend dates and tahini until dates are broken down.
Add coconut flour, maple, protein, psyllium, and cacao powder.
Blend until dough ball forms.
Transfer to a bowl, knead in cacao nibs and chocolate chips.
Roll into balls and sprinkle with sea salt!
