Sweet Raclette Dessert with Assorted Toppings

Ingredients

Dough

  • 220 ml milk
  • 220 g all-purpose flour (Type 405)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 30 g melted butter

Toppings

  • 120 g blueberries
  • 120 g raspberries
  • 2 bananas
  • 2-3 tablespoons coconut flakes
  • 100 g dark chocolate chunks
  • 100 g chopped hazelnuts

Preparation

  1. Mix milk, all-purpose flour, eggs, sugar, and melted butter to form a smooth batter

  2. Shortly before serving, wash blueberries and raspberries; peel and slice bananas. Place the fruits, coconut flakes, chocolate chunks, and chopped hazelnuts in separate bowls

  3. Heat the raclette device. Pour about 2 tablespoons of batter into each pan and add desired toppings. Cook for about 10 minutes until set and golden. Serve warm

Tips

  1. The batter can be prepared the day before and stored in the refrigerator overnight

  2. For a chocolate batter, replace 20 g of the flour with 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
