4-Ingredient Vegan Pancake Cereal

Ingredients

  • 3 Cups Of Flour
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 3 Cups Of Non-Dairy Milk
  • 2 Teaspoons Maple Syrup or Sugar
  • Toppings To Taste

Preparation

  1. In a medium bowl, measure the flour, baking powder, and baking soda and mix until combined

  2. In another bowl, combine the non-dairy milk and maple syrup

  3. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and slowly combine, but do not over mix or use a hand mixer as visible lumps of flour are okay

  4. Pour pancake batter into a medium-size plastic baggie and carefully snip a tiny piece off the bottom corner of the bag

  5. Heat a non-stick frying pan or griddle on medium-high heat and using a swirling motion with your wrist, dab quarter sizes of batter onto the griddle

  6. Cook for less than 30-seconds until small bubbles start to form, then flip and after a few seconds, transfer pancake cereal to a plate or dish for serving and top it with your favourite mix-ins
